Steve Melcher (vocals, acoustic, Telecaster) sings like he\u2019s got a one-way ticket to closure \u2014 his tone warm, weathered, and just dangerous enough to make you stay for one more round. He doesn\u2019t shout. He doesn\u2019t strut. He just tells it \u2014 in covers you forgot you loved and originals you swear you’ve heard in a dream.<\/p>\n

Lee Rice (trumpet, caj\u00f3n) is part jazz, part desert mystic. He\u2019ll split the silence with a muted horn line so clean it feels like a secret. When he’s not lighting the air on fire with brass, he\u2019s back on the box, keeping time like a heartbeat in a dim-lit room.<\/p>\n

And Kevin Butler (bass) doesn\u2019t say much. But the low end speaks for him \u2014 steady, soulful, always moving the story forward. He\u2019s the kind of bassist who could hold the groove with one finger and still hit you in the chest.<\/p>\n

Their setlist? “Ain\u2019t No Sunshine,” \u201cSpooky,\u201d \u201cBaby Hold On,\u201d \u201cGoodtime Charlie\u2019s Got the Blues\u201d \u2014 that kind of late-night nostalgia that slips into your bloodstream before the second verse hits.<\/p>\n
